What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
What payment methods and cards are accepted?
Our hotel is fully cashless. Cash is not accepted, either in advance or on site. Room rates can be paid either by online prepayment at the time of booking or by cashless payment on site (at the self check-in kiosk when you check in). The accommodation tax is paid at the self check-in kiosk at check-in, regardless of how you booked.
How do I check in?
Check-in is self-service at the self check-in kiosk.
Can you store my luggage?
We do not store luggage at any time, including before check-in and after check-out. Thank you for your understanding.
